The UN Global Goals Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded international youth forum held in Geneva, Switzerland, from December 14-17, 2026. It offers 80 scholarship awards across three tiers for participants aged 15-45 of all nationalities and educational backgrounds, focused on the Sustainable Development Goals, peacebuilding, mediation and global cooperation.
The forum is organized by the Council for Global Affairs & Development (CGAD), which issues official certificates and has previously convened the first edition in Istanbul, Türkiye. This second edition takes place in Geneva—the diplomatic capital hosting the UN Office, WHO, WTO and CERN—to connect youth voices with global policy.

Eligibility Criteria for the UN Global Goals Scholarship 2026
- Ages 15–45
- All nationalities
- Students and researchers: undergraduates, postgraduates and researchers from any discipline
- Professionals and entrepreneurs: early- and mid-career professionals, founders and social entrepreneurs
- Youth leaders and activists mobilizing communities around the SDGs, development and peace
- Policymakers, lawyers and judges working on governance, diplomacy, mediation and dispute resolution
- No specific academic background required
- No language is compulsory; the official working language is English
- Passionate about the SDGs, development, diplomacy, mediation and peace are encouraged to apply
