Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage.
- Transport baggage between aircraft, baggage halls and designated areas.
- Check baggage tags and destination information.
- Report damaged, missing or misrouted baggage.
- Handle oversized, fragile and other special baggage appropriately.
Catering Assistant
- Assist with preparing, packing and arranging meals, snacks and beverages.
- Load and unload catering supplies and meal carts.
- Check, count, label and organise catering items before dispatch.
- Deliver catering supplies to aircraft on schedule.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory checks and proper storage.
Turnaround Coordinator
- Coordinate aircraft arrival, turnaround and departure activities.
- Monitor turnaround timelines and ensure ground activities remain on schedule.
- Coordinate with passenger services, ramp operations, engineering, catering, fuel and other teams.
- Monitor boarding, disembarkation and baggage handling activities.
- Coordinate aircraft cleaning, fuelling, catering and other ground services.
- Maintain turnaround records and prepare operational reports.
- Support the airline’s On-Time Performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and airport procedures.
Aviation Security Supervisor
- Supervise aviation security personnel and daily station security activities.
- Monitor access control and security procedures.
- Conduct security inspections and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Ensure passenger, baggage, cargo, aircraft and staff security procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with airport security agencies and relevant authorities.
- Respond to security incidents, threats and emergencies.
- Prepare security incident reports and required documentation.

- Maintain professional passenger service areas.

Passenger Service Supervisor
- Supervise passenger service activities at the station.
- Monitor check-in, boarding, baggage handling and passenger assistance.
- Lead Passenger Service Executives and maintain service standards.
- Ensure compliance with airline, airport and aviation regulations.
- Coordinate with Flight Operations, Cabin Crew, Security and airport authorities.
- Handle complaints, special requests and operational disruptions.
- Monitor boarding and departure processes.
Baggage Handler
- Minimum of SSCE, WAEC or NECO.
- Previous baggage handling, airport operations, logistics or warehousing experience is an advantage.
- Airline, airport or ground handling experience is desirable.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of airport safety and security procedures is an advantage.
Catering Assistant
- Minimum of BSc or HND.
- Previous catering, hospitality, food service or restaurant operations experience is desirable.
- Airline or airport catering experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.
- Ability to work under strict operational timelines.
- Evidence of NYSC completion or exemption required.
Turnaround Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree or HND.
- 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in airline operations, airport ground handling, ramp operations or passenger services.
- Aircraft turnaround coordination experience is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of airline ground operations and turnaround procedures.
- Relevant aviation or ground operations training is an advantage.
- Evidence of NYSC completion or exemption required.
Aviation Security Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree or HND.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant aviation, airport, corporate or security experience.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
- Airline, airport or aviation experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of aviation security, access control, incident management and risk assessment.
- Relevant aviation security training or certification is an advantage.
- Evidence of NYSC completion or exemption required.
Passenger Service Executive
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in passenger services, customer service, airport operations, hospitality or a related field.
- Airline, airport or ground handling experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of passenger handling procedures is desirable.
- Familiarity with reservation, check-in or departure control systems is an advantage.
- Evidence of NYSC completion or exemption required.
Passenger Service Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Aviation Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant passenger services, airport operations, airline ground handling or aviation experience.
- Previous supervisory experience in an airline or airport environment is required.
