APC Elects New Ward Executives in Kebbi During Congresses

Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, on Wednesday, oversaw the All Progressives Congress, APC, ward congresses conducted throughout the state, promising to collaborate with newly chosen party officials.

Idris watched the exercise with party leaders, such as the Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu; Senator Muhammad Adamu Aliero’ the APC National Organising Secretary, Suleiman Muhammad Argungu; and the State APC Chairman, Abubakar Kana-Zuru.

The governor toured specific locations, such as Kauran Gwandu Primary School and Justice Ibrahim Umar Primary School in Birnin Kebbi, where ward congresses took place

Party representatives announced that the congresses took place in all 225 wards within the state, resulting in new ward executives selected by consensus.

During a speech at a venue, Idris stated his administration would work alongside the newly elected ward leaders to promote party and government initiatives at the community level.
