Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Product Leadership
- Develop and implement a multi-year vision and roadmap for the FirstOnline platform.
- Lead commercial growth initiatives to increase platform contribution to the bank’s revenue.
- Conduct market and competitor intelligence to identify new product opportunities.
2. SME Banking Growth
- Redesign and expand FirstOnline services for SME businesses.
- Create innovative tools and features tailored to the needs of SMEs.
- Strengthen FirstOnline as the preferred digital business banking solution.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
- Drive a culture of innovation, accountability and data-driven decision making.
- Oversee end-to-end product development cycles.
4. User Experience & Optimization
- Use customer feedback and data analytics to improve platform features.
- Continuously enhance user experience and service performance.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Communicate product vision and progress to executive stakeholders.
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in digital product management.
- Proven success managing and scaling large web-based platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of online banking trends and digital security.
