Plateau Leaders Network Globally at UNGA 80, Reaffirm Commitment to SDGs“: Plateau State made a strong showing at the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 80), advancing its commitment to the 2030 Global Agenda.

Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang led the delegation, affirming his administration’s resolve to align state development with global SDG priorities.

He was joined by Mrs. Nanbam Danjuma (Lot), Project Coordinator for Plateau State SDGs, who engaged partners on expanding grassroots-focused initiatives.

Also in attendance were Hon. Manji Wilson, Chief Technical Adviser for Development Partnerships and Diaspora Engagement, who strengthened ties with global and diaspora stakeholders.

The Plateau delegation also joined forces with the UN Deputy Secretary-General, Ms. Amina J. Mohammed, whose leadership continues to inspire subnational action on the SDGs.

The delegation’s networking at UNGA 80 underscores the State’s drive under Governor Mutfwang to translate international partnerships into practical local impact for Plateau and Nigeria at large.
