The Seyi Bickersteth Scholarship 2026 provides fully funded undergraduate support to brilliant but indigent Nigerian students admitted into Federal Universities. It offers annual financial grants covering tuition and living expenses, alongside mentorship, internships, and post-graduation employment opportunities at KPMG, Leadway Assurance, or Andersen.
KPMG Professional Services, the host organisation, is the Nigerian member firm of KPMG, operating since 1978 with over 1,500 professional staff and 59 partners. The firm is committed to enabling Nigeria’s success through its involvement in economic policy formulation and community development. Together with Leadway Assurance and Andersen, KPMG designed this scholarship to nurture future leaders in finance, accounting, economics, and related fields.

Seyi Bickersteth Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- Hold a provisional admission letter from a Federal University in Nigeria into a four-year course in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Insurance, or Finance
- Attended a public secondary school or a private secondary school on scholarship
- Minimum score of 230 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
- At least 5 Distinctions in WASSCE, including English and Mathematics
- Only 100 level students at the time of application will be considered
